Laramie Airport
United Express/SkyWest offers two flights per day from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Laramie, one at 12:18 p.m. and one at 8:30 p.m. and two flights per day from Laramie to DEN, one at 6:05 am, and one at 1:50 am.
The Hilton offers a shuttle to and from the Laramie airport.
Hertz does have a car rental desk in the Laramie airport.
Denver International Airport
Groome transportation provides shuttle service between Denver International Airport and Laramie. There are 5 trips per day. The website may indicate a driver shortage - this is due to a website issue. Please book via Groome's phone booking service (phone: (970)226-5533).
Both hotel options are within walking distance of the Summit venue – info below; Hilton (0.1 miles) as well as the Holiday Inn (0.6miles). All tours of the campus and other Summit-related activities will be in close proximity. The hosts will arrange a shuttle for Summit participants should any venues require transport.
HOWEVER – please note for your arrival into and departure from Laramie: Ubers are not frequently available from the airport during the summer. So, if you want greater security of personal transport upon arrival and for departure you can: (1) call a taxi by contacting Laramie Taxi at 307-761-9891 (we even recommend calling ahead and informing them of your arrival time); or, (2) if you want to explore Laramie and the surrounding area, and have ultimate flexibility, we recommend reserving a rental car.
