This month the Council celebrates the passing of The CHIPS and Science Act, which brings to fruition long-standing Council priorities. The Council Board, Executive Committee and National Commission met face-to-face at Gallup’s DC headquarters to outline a policy agenda for 2022-2023, including the goals for “phase 2” of the National Commission on Innovation and Competitiveness Frontiers. The Council also welcomes two new members: Dr. Bill Hardgrave and Dr. Richard H. Linton.
