Rezlind is a physicist and entrepreneur with over 8 years of specialized experience in quantum computing and integrated photonics. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Phaseshift, utilizing nano-photonics to scale emerging quantum industries. Previously, Rezlind served as a Senior Photonics R&D Researcher , leading design and fabrication efforts for scalable quantum computing. His professional background includes research and industry experience at organizations such as Quantinuum and NIST, as well as R&D collaborations with Meta and Universal Display Corporation.

He holds over 12 patents and received his Ph.D. in Physics from the CUNY Graduate Center. His academic work focused on using quantum electrodynamics to enhance light-matter interactions in active materials.
