
Liz Lyons is an Associate Professor of Management at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy. Her research focuses on organizational and innovation economics with labor markets and technology management as common underlying themes. Most recently, her research has focused on AI applications in education and on AI regulation and policy. In addition to research and teaching, she supports early-stage start-up founders and aspiring entrepreneurs through the Wavemaker Lab at UC San Diego and collaborates with organizations across sectors and industries to improve their management practices with a particular focus on team building and incentive design.
