Ben Rhodes is the Executive Director of the Nebraska Ethanol Board, an independent State of Nebraska government agency dedicated to the promotion and development of the renewable fuels industry.

Rhodes joined the NEB staff in 2022 as the Ethanol Program Manager. He was appointed NEB interim director in February 2025 and confirmed to the permanent position soon after.

Rhodes is from west Omaha and lives in Lincoln, Nebraska. He holds a B.A. and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
