With over 20 years of experience in educational and nonprofit leadership, Dr. Rheingold is a strategic leader who drives regional economic growth and development through building coalitions, engaging stakeholders, and advocating for businesses. She is the President and CEO of the Greater Baltimore Chamber of Commerce, representing hundreds of businesses across various sectors and sizes throughout Baltimore County. Beth is the Chair of Baltimore County’s Workforce Development Board. She holds the IOM Certificate from the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management, a distinction held by only 5% of top nonprofit executives globally.
