Brad is an Investment Banker within the Emerging Technologies and Manufacturing sectors to include "hard tech" that makes an impact on the future of work, life and security. He brings over 20 years of Big 4 consulting, corporate development, capital raising, M&A and start-up CEO expertise in the Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense sectors to include co-founding and leading companies involved in cyber security, space and national security. 

In March 2024 he was appointed to the inaugural Texas Space Commission. He is also a member of the Texas Business Leadership Council, Business Executives for National Security, National Security Innovation Council and former honorary commander for the United States Air Force 67th Cyberspace Wing. Mr. Morrison was a Distinguished Graduate earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University. 

He holds the FINRA Series 7, 79, 24 and NASAA Series 63 securities licenses.
