Bachelor of Legal Sciences from Universidad Regiomontana – 35 years old, originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León.

In the Public Administration of the Executive Branch, he has served as Technical Secretary for the Secretary of State, Cheaf Legal officer for the Secretariat of Administration, and Cheaf Legal officer of Nuevo León's Department of Social Securiy for Public Servants (ISSSTELEON).

He is currently the Undersecretary of Promotion and Innovation at the Secretariat of Economy in Nuevo León.
