Dan Kuchma is a professor of structural engineering at Tufts University. The objective of his teaching, research, and service over the past 40 years has been to advance the design, analysis, and modeling of civil infrastructure including buildings, bridges, dams, and marine infrastructure. Over the past decade, his focus has been on how to design offshore wind foundations and related infrastructure to have long-term durability and strengthen marine ecosystems.
