Dana Kirkham is IEC’s Senior Director of Regulatory and Strategic Affairs, leading the company’s environmental regulatory activities to ensure the company meets its regulatory agreements and requirements. Her work also includes leading IEC’s strategic affairs that includes IEC’s external and internal communications, community engagement, and government relations.

Dana is extremely familiar with eastern Idaho, having served as the Mayor of the City of Ammon. She served two terms on the Ammon City council, six of those years as the Council President. Following her tenure as Mayor of Ammon, Dana was the Chief Executive Officer for the Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI). Her local experience is complemented by her prior federal government experience from past assignments with the Central Intelligence Agency and the United States Department of State.
