Dean Gefen is an accomplished cybersecurity expert with over 15 years of operational experience. He is the Founder and CEO of NukuDo, a cybersecurity workforce and talent development company, which he launched in North America (United States) in March 2024. He specializes in cybersecurity training, consultancy, and establishing cybersecurity operational units, strongly focusing on developing extensive training and qualification processes for governments, security organizations, and the private sector.

Since 2017, Dean has worked closely with several governments across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, providing advisory services and training hundreds of cybersecurity professionals annually. 

Dean's prior experience includes serving as the Chief of Cyber Training in the Israel Defense Intelligence Technological Unit and holding roles such as CTO and Co-Founder at AppInsight. Dean continues to lead NukuDo, DART, and Red Alpha Cybersecurity in their mission to enhance global cybersecurity capabilities.
