Jon Rosenberger began his Inside Wireman apprenticeship in 1989 with the Western Maryland JATC and was initiated into IBEW Local 307 in Cumberland, Maryland in 1990. He completed his apprenticeship in 1994.

In 1995, Jon was elected Recording Secretary of Local 307, where he served as a local union officer for 15 years. He spent ten years as Assistant Business Manager/Organizer before being appointed State Organizing Coordinator in 2010 by International President Ed Hill.

Jon was assigned to the 4th District, where he worked under Vice Presidents Sam Chilia, Ken Cooper, Brian Malloy, and Gina Cooper. In 2015, he was appointed as an International Representative in the Business Development Department, serving the 4th District.

In September 2023, Jon was appointed Director of the Business Development Department by IBEW International President Kenneth Cooper, where he continues to serve today.
