Kathy Keith is the Director of Community Partnerships at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), where she leads initiatives to build strong collaborations across education, workforce, business, and philanthropic sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in public service and economic development, she has held senior roles at the federal, state, and local levels—including positions with a U.S. Congressman, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the New Mexico Economic Development Department.

Kathy also brings nonprofit leadership experience, having directed efforts to promote economic growth in Northern New Mexico. She currently serves on the boards of NM EPSCoR and Groundworks New Mexico and chairs the New Mexico Finance Authority Board. She is a former elected member of the Governing Board at Santa Fe Community College.

A lifelong New Mexican and first-generation college graduate, Kathy holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Texas Tech University and an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California.
