
Leticia Gonçalves joined IFF in 2025. Before joining IFF, Leticia served as ADM’s president of precision fermentation and ADM Ventures and was a member of the company’s Executive Council. There, Gonçalves led ADM’s global innovation strategy and execution, including oversight of the organization’s ventures investment portfolio, business incubation and partnerships. Prior to her last role at ADM, Leticia served as president of Global Foods, overseeing expansive efforts in food ingredients, savory, sweet goods and dairy. She also managed high-growth portfolio P&L globally ranging from alternative proteins to edible beans and polyols. In that role, Leticia led the company in leveraging the power of nature to drive the entire value chain—from farm to factory to table.
Before joining ADM in 2020, Gonçalves spent more than 25 years at Monsanto, now part of Bayer. Across a variety of senior leadership roles in Brazil, the US and EMEA, she oversaw a diverse array of multi-billion-dollar businesses and regional segments P&L, including seeds, crop protection and digital solutions. Leticia drove many successful launches of crop input products derived from biotechnology traits, connecting innovation and market-back opportunities.
Gonçalves believes in building high-performing, growth-minded teams. She is a longtime advocate and driver of inclusion and belonging in business. In December 2022 was recognized by Bloomberg Línea in their “100 Influential Latinos” list. Gonçalves holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil and an executive MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
