Rinaldo Hunt has over two decades of finance, marketing, commercial construction and business development experience.  He has led the financing and development of over $2B in commercial and industrial projects across the Western United States. Mr. Hunt has a deep network of executives and investors in the advanced energy industry with a focus on small modular and micro reactor OEMs. These relationships have been critical in organizing strategic alliances that support structured SMR deployments and pre-development infrastructure finance strategies.

Most recently, Mr. Hunt has been instrumental in building the United States first nuclear technology regional hub. As a board member of the Idaho Advanced Energy Consortium (IAEC), Rinaldo and his colleagues participated in the regional Technology and Innovation Hubs program as part of the CHIPS & Science Act of 2022. In September of 2023 IAEC was formally awarded a TechHub designation by the Biden administration, which is America’s strongest endorsement of a regions plan to supercharge a critical technology’s ecosystem.
