On September 21, 2023, the Council on Competitiveness convened its Fall and 28th Technology Leadership & Strategy Initiative (TLSI) Dialogue, hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California. The first-ever CTO Peer-to-Peer meeting took place at the Science and Technology in Society forum (STS forum) on October 6-7, 2013, in Kyoto, Japan.
