Dr. Timothy C. Summers serves as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Morgan State University, where he oversees digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology strategy in support of the University’s academic and research mission.

Named among the World CIO 200 leaders and recognized as a Global Champion 2025, Dr. Summers is part of an elite cohort of CIOs driving digital transformation on a global scale.
