A Competitiveness Conversation:

Growing New England’s Next Generation Innovation Economy

The "Growing New England’s Next Generation Innovation Economy" edition of the Council's Competitiveness Conversations Across America took place on June 5-6 at the Joyce Cummings Center at Tufts University in Medford, MA, with two engaging days of senior-level discussions focused on the future of the blue (i.e., maritime) and green (i.e., efficient, sustainable) economies in New England and across the country. Innovation leaders from industry, academia, the national laboratories, labor, and government addressed the pressing challenges and explored the tremendous opportunities for building a sustainable and prosperous economy on land and sea.
